Welcome to my class on grant
writing! I am looking forward to our time together. I hope
you find this course thought-provoking, informative and most of all....FUN!
I am a recent graduate from the University of Phoenix, obtaining my Master's in Education, with a specialization in Adult Distance Learning and Curriculum Instruction. It is through my studies that I became interested in grant writing. It is my goal to make this class full of information that will give you the basic steps to begin writing grant proposals and to help spark further interest for you in what grant writing can do for you and your organization. Please take the time to explore this site to get a better understanding of where all the information provided is located before you begin with Lesson 1. Take your time with each lesson. It is my recommendation that you begin a special binder for this course in order to keep the information I provide you, organized. As you will see, organization is KEY to learning and, especially, to writing successful proposals. Therefore, there is no time like the present to get started on your organizational skills! It is through research and networking that I have been able to create this site. Please join me in recognizing those who have contributed and those from whom I have chosen to use reference material, in the "Contact Me" section of this site. Please also feel free to use the "Contact Me" section of the site at any time with your questions and concerns. I will respond to all questions within 48 hours. Again, thank you for your interest in grant writing, and I hope you enjoy this class. -Angela Christian, MAED/CI-AE |
